Pineshire Business Loans, a small-business funding broker in Conroe, Texas, starts every request with a short form asking for your name, email, phone and business name, ranges for time in business, revenue and the amount, and consent. We then call to discuss the purpose. A lending partner, reviewing your file, decides credit and sets any rate or term.
What happens after you submit
- We contact you. Pineshire Business Loans calls or emails using the details you entered and asks what the funding should pay for.
- We agree on a structure. Together we choose the funding option that suits the purpose, or decide none does.
- A partner reviews. With your go-ahead, a partner may ask for bank statements, tax returns or a quote, and makes the credit decision.
- You decide. If an offer comes, compare the total cost and payment schedule. You can say no.
What the form leaves out
There is no field for a Social Security number, bank account details or statements, and you should never send those by ordinary email or text. Revenue and amount appear only as rough ranges; the purpose and the detail come up on the phone.
Consent and your information
Before pressing submit, read the consent wording next to the tick box. The broker disclosures and the privacy policy explain how details are shared with lending partners.
